Responding to a spate of letter bombs in Europe, Interpol said Tuesday it was inviting international organizations to hook up to its global communications network to alert each other to security threats. The world police body said it was the first time that its encrypted, Internet-based network, known as I-24/7, had been opened up to anyone other than police and law enforcement agencies. Full Story
