Afghan Interior Minister Ali Ahmad Jalali says terrorists are trying to disrupt the constitutional conference — Loya Jirga — with a campaign of propaganda and violence, Agence France Presse reported. Jalali today said that a bomb was defused yesterday outside a restaurant and police have found 80 rockets around the city during the past week. Streets around the Loya Jirga site had already been sealed off, with foreign peacekeepers and police providing security.
