Men Charged With Possessing Terror Money

Four men arrested last week under anti-terrorism laws have been charged with possessing money to fund terrorism, police said Monday. West Midlands Police said the men were charged with obtaining and possessing cash to fund terrorism or “possessing articles or material which provide instruction or training to make firearms or explosives.” A force spokesman said the men, who range in age from 23 to 26, had each been charged with seven offenses under the Terrorism Act.
