Pulling out of Iraq would mean giving into “terrorists,” Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar said, a day of national mourning for seven intelligence agents killed in Iraq last week.
“Pulling out can never be an option in the face of terror,” Aznar said in an address to the Spanish parliament made just four hours after the Madrid funeral of the agents killed near Baghdad on Saturday. “Withdrawing would mean the triumph of the terrorists.
