A woman sped a car past a security cordon and, with police chasing her, crashed into the side of a building close to where President Bush had just entered his armored limousine after a speech here on Saturday. Mr. Bush was not hurt, officials said, and his motorcade roared away minutes later. “The president was never in any danger whatsoever, and is keeping with his schedule,” Trent Duffy, a spokesman for the White House, told reporters afterward. The woman was dragged out of her vehicle by police, placed in an unmarked police car after kicking and struggling with officers and was driven away.
