Australia warned on Friday of an imminent threat of guerrilla attacks in an area of the Iraqi capital where a hotel used by foreign media and aid workers is located. “The Australian government has received credible reports of imminent terrorist threats to the district of the al Hamra hotel in central Baghdad,” said a statement posted on an Australian government Web site. “These reports indicate a particular threat over the next two weeks beginning on 1 November.
