The leader of the political wing of the most powerful Roman Catholic paramilitary group in Northern Ireland, the Irish Republican Army (IRA) said he was confident of a positive outcome of the on-going peace process in the troubled province. “We’re going to finish the job,” said Gerry Adams, president of Sinn Fein, speaking in a bar in Catholic west Belfast at the launch of his memoirs, “Hope and History”.
