Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma has signed a bill on criminal responsibility for unauthorized intervention in the operation of computers and computer networks, spreading computer viruses and other similar operations. Those found guilty of such crimes are now subject to a fine of up to 210 dollars or imprisonment for up to five years. Full Story
