The PNA considers the statement by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak at the end of the meeting in Sharm El-Sheikh “a statement by the whole Quartet” of international peace mediators, comprising the US, UN, EU and Russia, who drafted and adopted the “roadmap” for peace in the Middle East, the PNA minister of information Nabil Amr said on Tuesday.
