At least seven people were killed and around 90 injured, many critically, when a bus en route to the capital exploded Friday in northern Vietnam, state media said. The exact numbers of those on board the bus were unclear but the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported that some 90 people, including bus passengers and passers-by, were injured in the blast. No further details were given on the deaths but the toll was expected to rise over the coming days, according to doctors at hospitals in the capital.
