Seven people were killed and 20 wounded when a car bomb exploded Wednesday in Cucuta, a town in northeastern Colombia 400 kilometres from Bogota. The car was in a basement parking lot in a shopping centre, said police. They blamed the attack on rebels of the leftist National Liberation Army (ELN).
