An unidentified caller threatened to bomb a carnival event in Cologne, forcing the evacuation of some 8,000 revelers from a concert hall, authorities said. Police who searched the hall found a suspicious suitcase, but discovered it had only bolts inside. Police said the anonymous caller with a male voice warned the Cologne fire department in three separate calls that a bomb would go off at the event, which featured music and comedy acts. Full Story
