Clashes with assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenades raged Tuesday between rival tribesmen in a suburb of the Yemeni capital Sanaa for the fifth consecutive day, but authorities made no attempt to end the conflict. A row between the Hamadan and Abi Matar tribes erupted last year over the ownership of hills located on the border between the two groups’ lands.
