Foreign troops joined the hunt for the killers of Vice President Haji Abdul Qadir on Monday. Qadir, also the country`s minister of Public Works and governor of the eastern province of Nangarhar, was gunned down Saturday here in Afghanistan`s capital as he drove away from his office.
