A senior Afghan military source said that Afghan warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar has met repeatedly within the past two months with Osama bin Laden, the Al Qaeda leader, and Mullah Omar, the fugitive former Taliban leader. The military official said bin Laden and Omar are now thought to be hiding in the Tirah region of Kurram, a semiautonomous tribal area within Pakistan`s northwest provinces, from which they travel back and forth to Afghanistan.
