An explosion shattered a white Mercedes in this Palestinian city Thursday night, scattering body parts and wreckage. A Palestinian police official said at least two people were killed. One of the dead was Wael Namera, a 27-year-old lieutenant in the Palestinian Authority`s preventive security forces, police and hospital officials said.
