U.S. to assess Cuba as terror sponsor

The White House is launching a review of its policy toward Cuba which will assess the communist country’s threat to U.S. interests, and examine the possibility of seeking an indictment against President Fidel Castro for the 1996 shootdown of two Miami-based private planes, U.S. officials said.
