An explosive device detonated near a railway line in Northern Ireland Sunday, leaving one man with serious leg injuries, police said. The blast occurred near the main Larne railway line some 20 miles north of Belfast. Army bomb disposal experts were dispatched to the scene and the railway was closed, a police spokeswoman said.
