Still Not Safe Overseas
Just two years ago, on Aug. 7, 1998, international terrorists simultaneously bombed the American Embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, killing more than 200 people. Those catastrophic acts were unrelated to east Africa and were directed at the Americans there solely because they were deemed vulnerable.
