Nikolai Patrushev, Director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), stated here on Friday after his meeting with Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev that practical proposals on the establishment of a common anti-terrorist centre of the Commonwealth of Independent States (VIS) are to be presented to CIS Heads of State in June.
