Ciudad Juárez neighborhood scoffs at report of Islamic State terror cell in its midst

“Judicial Watch cited two unidentified sources, a ‘Mexican army field grade officer’ and a ‘Mexican federal police inspector.’ The group said writings in Arabic and Urdu were found, along with a rug supposedly used for prayer and a map of the Fort Bliss military base near El Paso. The report claims that smugglers working with drug cartels are helping to move terrorists into Texas for a future attack.”
