Nigeria: Building Collapse Kills 34

“The collapse of a building complex under construction has killed 34 people, mostly foreign workers from Benin and Niger, in Nigeria’s commercial capital, Lagos, officials said Thursday. Thirteen survivors were pulled from the rubble in the rescue operation that started after the collapse on Tuesday and ended Wednesday night, said a spokesman for the National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye.”
