Incoming intelligence chief Dan Coats says cyber attacks top concern

“President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for director of national intelligence, former Indiana Sen. Dan Coats, said Thursday that cyber attacks — including email hacking and attacks on the nation’s political infrastructure — are among his chief concerns as he awaits Senate confirmation.

During a brief appearance at a breakfast for Indiana Republicans near Capitol Hill, Coats also spoke briefly of his transition to becoming the nation’s top spy and said he’s optimistic about the incoming administration’s ability to shake up Washington.”
