In recent weeks, Mr. Johnson has repeatedly vowed to ensure that the House moves to assist Ukraine. The attacks from Iran have ratcheted up the pressure on Mr. Johnson to bring some kind of package to the floor this week, potentially forcing him to make a decision he has been agonizing over for weeks.
