Twitter user Joshua Maddux found what seems to be a bug in the iOS 13.2.2 version of the social media app Facebook. Maddux stated that when the app is open, it uses the camera, including a video within the tween that displays the bug. Revoking Facebook’s access to the camera resolves the issue. Facebook’s VP of integrity Guy Rosen responded to Maddux through twitter and stated that Facebook would be investigating the bug.
Although the bug may seem suspicious, it has been common in different apps in the latest operating system, iOS 13. Other sources claim that the bug does not affect iOS 13.1.3.
