Three suspects were arrested for the theft of $90 million in Bitcoin by hacking computers belonging to both individuals and companies. China continues to fight an uphill struggle against cryptocurrency operations in the country as users skirt and ignore its regulations and bans, policies that provincial and local law enforcement agencies are finding difficult to interpret and enforce.
