As part of an experimental Customs and Border Protection program, Orlando International Airport will become the first U.S. airport to scan the faces of all incoming and outgoing passengers. Thirteen airports are a part of the program in which scans will be processed through a Department of Homeland Security database, a process described as taking under two seconds per passenger with a 99% match rate.
