A bomb exploded on a bus on Sunday in Russia’s northern Caucasus region, killing two people and injuring up to 13 others, according to police and media reports. “According to initial information, the bomb was packed with metal shrapnel and exploded with a force equivalent to between 100-150 grammes of TNT at the front of the bus,” Viktor Barnash, chief of police for the Stavropol region, said on the First Channel TV station.
