NORTH Korea is giving Iran help with its nuclear program, aiding it to prepare an underground nuclear test similar to the one carried out by Pyongyang last October, Britain’s The Daily Telegraph reported today. Citing an unnamed senior European defence official, the newspaper said North Korea had agreed to share all the data it received from its nuclear test last year as both countries face Western pressures over the development of their own nuclear programs.
