The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) accused the police of a ceasefire violation by linking two rebel commanders to Friday’s bombing here. MILF spokesman Eid Kabalu told the Inquirer that policemen violated a provision in their three-year-old ceasefire agreement that states “government troops must not make any pronouncement that would hamper the peace process, unless officially filed with their Coordinating Committee on Cessation of Hostilities.” Full Story
