Ingrid Betancourt, the Colombian presidential candidate who was kidnapped four years ago, is alive and in good health, a senior figure in the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) told a French newspaper Tuesday. “Ingrid Betancourt is well — taking into account the environment she finds herself in.
