Austrian police dealt with three hoax bomb alerts on Tuesday, hours before the scheduled arrival in the evening of U.S. President George W. Bush for an EU-U.S. summit. A first suspicious suitcase was found by police at 7:30 a.m. (0530 GMT) on the ring road which surrounds central Vienna. The bag, which was linked to an electrical box, was full of cables and had an aerial. Bomb disposal experts blew it up with a robot after police ringed off the area. Full Story
