A teenage student charged under the Terrorism Act has been granted bail after appearing at Bow Street Magistrates’ Court in London. Irfan Raja, 18, from Ilford, Essex, is accused of recording information likely to be useful to a terrorist. After district Judge Timothy Workman granted bail the prosecution appealed against the decision. Mr Raja will remain in custody pending the appeal. Mr Raja was making his second court appearance. He faces charges under Section 58 of the Terrorism Act. Full Story
