Hardline Protestant leader Ian Paisley has again called for the political wing of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) to be disbanded as London and Dublin resumed talks on Northern Ireland’s suspended power-sharing government. The leader of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) said Monday that the main Catholic party Sinn Fein should not be involved in any executive in the province, particularly given the findings of a paramilitary watchdog last week.
