Sprint Nextel Corp. on Monday said it has filed a lawsuit against All Star Investigations Inc., accusing the Florida company of unlawfully obtaining customers’ wireless phone records. The suit, filed in Dade County, Fla., accuses ASI of obtaining the records through ” flagrant misrepresentation and deceitful practices” and then selling the information. ASI is a private investigation company that operates the Web sites, OnlinePI.com, Allstarinvestigations.com, Detectivesusa.com, Miamiprotection.com and Privatedetectivesusa.com. Full Story
