Prime Minister Tony Blair’s government, at pains to show that the London bombings aren’t linked to Britain’s involvement in the Iraq war, announced Wednesday plans to publish a list of worldwide terrorist attacks dating back more than a decade. Blair’s official spokesman said the list — beginning with the 1993 truck bombing of New York’s World Trade Center — included only violence the government blames on al-Qaida or groups linked to Osama bin Laden’s terror network.
