An explosion hit the Uzbek capital Wednesday night, and there were casualties in what may have been a fourth straight day of violence in the Central Asian country, a Russian news agency reported. Interfax news agency said the blast hit the Sabir-Rakhimovski region of northern Tashkent. Other details were unavailable.
