SKorea calls meeting before rare NKorea talks
South Korea’s president called a special meeting of security ministers Monday, one day before his government holds its first official talks with North Korea for more than a year. Tuesday’s meeting at the Kaesong joint industrial estate in the North will come amid icy cross-border relations and threats from Pyongyang’s military.
