Dutch troops could stay longer in Afghanistan: report

Dutch troops, who are already stationed in the south of Afghanistan, could take part in more missions there after the present one ends, Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen said Sunday in an interview. “The last soldier from the Oruzgan Task Force leaves at the end of the 2010,” Verhagen said in Sunday’s edition of the De Telegraaf. “That’s the decision that we have taken, nothing more, nothing less.” Full Story
