Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Monday admitted that his country will have trouble the first quarter because of the international financial crisis, but stressed that it is prepared to address it. “We will have a quarter of concern, but the government will take all necessary measures to ensure that this crisis affects at least the Brazilian people,” Lula said in his weekly radio program “Coffee with the President.”Full_Story
