The Federal National Council (FNC) on Tuesday criticised the Labour Ministry for failing to do enough to control the labour market. Abdullah Bin Huwailil Al Mansouri, a FNC member from Abu Dhabi, said foreign workers accounted for 85 per cent of the total population. Full Story
