A Japanese festival stall-holder has killed one man and wounded six others in a sickle-wielding rampage after customers made fun of him, police said. Toshiaki Arai, 42, rammed a car into a crowd of people before jumping out and slashing indiscriminately with the curved blade late on Saturday (local time).
