Judge reserves decision in terror plot

The fate of the first person tried in an alleged homegrown terrorist conspiracy to storm Parliament and bomb buildings in Canada rests with a judge after his trial ended Friday. Superior Court Justice John Sproat said he will give his verdict Sept. 25. The defendant, a Canadian, has not been identified because he was 17, a legal minor, at the time his 2006 arrest.
