President Lee Myung-bak on Thursday apologised to all South Koreans for his government’s decision to resume imports of US beef, an issue that has marred his first 100 days in office. Mr Lee said he would replace most of his top advisors on Friday, the precursor to a wide-ranging cabinet reshuffle that is expected next week.
