Afghanistan seeks US$50b at aid conference
Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Thursday sought 50 billion dollars to rebuild his country at an international aid conference expected to raise more than 15 billion dollars to launch his campaign. The United States has already said it will donate more than 10 billion dollars. Full Story
