Two people were killed on Wednesday in an apartment explosion in the Russian Far East city of Khabarovsk, which may have be caused by a bomb, a local police spokesman said. The blast went off at around 2:00 p.m. local time (03.00 GMT), killing the apartment’s owner and his friend. Full Story
