The government of Southern Sudan has vowed to keep on the stalled Uganda Peace Talks. The signing of a peace deal to end 20 years of war in Northern Uganda was postponed last week after the LRA rebel leader Joseph Kony (photo) who is hiding from an international arrest warrant, failed to turn up.
