Lebanon's top Shiite cleric bans public attacks in Iraq

Lebanon’s top Shiite Muslim cleric issued a religious edict yesterday banning attacks on public utilities in Iraq, mainly the oil industry, urging Iraqis to solve their problems through dialogue.
