Jordan’s King Abdullah II says if a Mideast peace plan isn’t drawn up before President Bush leaves office in January, an agreement in the region could be “set back, perhaps for decades.” Speaking at Princeton University, Abdullah says international leaders are “in the best possible position to resolve 60 years of conflict between Israel and Palestine.” He’s set to meet with the president at the White House Tuesday, and is likely to deliver a similar message.
