The government in Nepal has unveiled a major security plan to ensure violence-free Constituent Assembly polls on April 10 that could be disrupted by some Madhesi outfits in the Terai region bordering India. Announcing a three-phase security plan at the Singhdurbar Secretariat, Home Minister Krishna Prasad Sitaula said at least 1.34 lakh security personnel will be deployed for the polls to form a body to decide a new political system for the country.
